Two Virginia-class submarine modules were moved
simultaneously for the first time Wednesday between Newport News Shipbuilding and General Dynamics Electric Boat's facilities in southern New England. The increased shipment capacity is in
support of the U.S. Navy's two-submarines-per-year build rate.
